Sister Helen Prejean, renowned advocate against the death penalty and author of Dead Man Walking, will be in San Francisco September 10-12. She will lead faith leaders and advocates in an action calling on Governor Newsom to commute all death sentences on Thursday, Sept 11, 2pm, at SF City Hall.

Sister Helen, other faith leaders and advocates will stage a visualization representing the 565 people sentenced to death in California and unveil a 20-foot banner and original art urging Governor Newsom to commute all death sentences now.
